Swiss designer Wettstein (°1958-+2008) was a product designer in heart and soul. Designing furniture as well as lamps, bicycles, watches and eyeglasses, his every concept set out from the functional concept behind the object, be it with a due understanding of the latest trends and movements within contemporary design.
In addition, he also worked as an interior architect, having drawn a variety of hotels, offices and showrooms. Since 1994, Wettstein had also been lecturing at the "Hochschule für Gestaltung" in Karlsruhe.
