Vincent Van Duysen started his own studio in Antwerp in 1990. Van Duysen describes his own work as follows: "The interiors and architecture of Vincent Van Duysen Architects are typified by a predilection for elementary shapes and compact volumes. Our style is best defined with a whole raft of adjectives: even, simple, clear, as well as pure, elementary, essential, minimal, and quiet, peaceful, relaxed.”
Next to architecture, Van Duysen also designs furniture and accessories for a wide number of international manufacturers. |
